Why wasn't a payment logged?

· 1 min · iPhone only

Spentio logs a payment when you pay with your phone or watch, or when your bank sends you a notification about it. If one is missing, check these in order.

Your bank didn't send a notification

Some payments come with no notification, like money you send to a person from your bank's app. Spentio only sees what your bank tells you, so add it yourself.

Your bank's app can't notify you

In your iPhone's Settings, open Notifications, choose your bank and turn on Allow Notifications. In your bank's app, turn on payment alerts too.

Your bank isn't in the automation

In Shortcuts, open Spentio: Log bank notifications, tap App and add your bank.

That kind of notification is ignored

In Settings › Cards and apps, open the bank and choose Always log for that kind of notification under Notifications.

You paid with the plastic card or online

Wallet only sees payments with your phone or watch. Log the others from your bank's notifications.
